Salal Credit Union Gives Back

Employees Choose HealthPoint

Salal Credit Union held several fundraising events over the summer and their members and staff gave generously. They baked (and ate!) brownies, flipped pancakes, sold hot dogs, popped popcorn, auctioned off event tickets, even gave up parking spaces, all in the name of fundraising. If you were in one of the branch offices, you may have noticed the giant bandages stuck to the walls-each bandage represented a contribution toward the goal of greater health for our communities.

Salal's fundraising efforts were very successful: they raised $3500, to be divided equally between HealthPoint and ICHS (International Community Health Services). The management of Salal then matched that for a total of $3500 to HealthPoint.
