The Seattle Foundation; Susan G. Komen Race for the Cure, Puget Sound Affiliate; and United Way show their support for HealthPoint

In a tough economic year, HealthPoint donors prove that they are still committed to helping our communities be healthy.  Since ringing in the New Year, HealthPoint has received over $133,000 in grant awards from Seattle Foundation; Susan G. Komen Race for the Cure, Puget Sound Affiliate; and United Way.  These awards will be used starting immediately to deliver necessary primary medical and dental care to patients as well as case management for breast cancer survivors.  We're thrilled to have the opportunity to help almost 450 people in the coming months through these awards.  With humility and gratitude, we offer our funding partners a huge thank you for their support of HealthPoint.
