Health benefits include 97.5% employer-paid medical and 100% employer-paid dental insurance premiums for full-time staff as well as 50% paid dependent children medical and dental insurance.  Additional paid benefits include:

CPE Assistance and Loan Repayment Programs for Providers

HealthPoint grants eligible medical and dental providers an employee benefit of annual paid leave as well as tuition reimbursement for the purpose of continuing professional education (CPE) which meet certain HealthPoint criteria.

Since HealthPoint is located in a health professional shortage area (HPSA), our providers may also be eligible to apply for federal and/or state loan repayment.  Two loan repayment programs may be available depending on site and provider eligibility.
