About Me
HealthPoint's integrated care model initially drew me to the organization. The opportunity to train and grow alongside other clinicians in a multidisciplinary setting excites me, as it allows me to approach patients in a much more holistic and nuanced way than I could in an unintegrated setting.
My clinical interests include chronic pain, chronic medical conditions, medical trauma, depression, anxiety, stress, geropsychology, adult ADHD, neurodiversity, disability, mental health stigma, third-wave CBT, and existential psychology.
Outside of work, I enjoy playing bass guitar in local bands, reading, hiking, camping, traveling, snowboarding, and enjoying quality time with friends and loved ones.
