About Me
I chose HealthPoint because of its dedication to caring for diverse communities with compassion and respect. I value being part of an organization that prioritizes equity and whole-person care. My clinical interests include integrated primary care, supporting individuals managing chronic health conditions, including cancer-related experiences, maternal and perinatal mental health, and working with immigrant and Spanish-speaking populations across the lifespan. I hold a special interest in working with patients navigating complex trauma and providing evidence-based, trauma-informed, and psychodynamic interventions through both brief and long-term therapy.
Outside of the clinic, I enjoy creative activities like painting and drawing, spending time outdoors hiking and connecting with nature, and relaxing by reading or watching movies and TV shows.
