About Me

I chose HealthPoint because they are dedicated to administering care to the community. My clinical interests include individual therapy for adults that integrates CBT and 12-step program guidelines. I focus on solution-based therapy, harm reduction, rational therapy, motivational interviewing, active listening, emotional validation/support, and positive reinforcement. I aim to help you identify discrepancies between current behaviors and desired outcomes, help you navigate how to problem solve, healthily address conflict resolution, and provide support, empathy, and encouragement while building and maintaining rapport.

Outside the clinic, I enjoy comedy shows and participating in social gatherings. Holidays are significant to me as they are a time to celebrate with family and friends, creating lasting memories. I love spending time with my grandchildren because they bring me so much joy navigating daily life through their pure hearts.
