Good Medicine is both collaborative and systemic. It is collaborative between the patient, providers, and the patient's existing support network. It is systemic in that it addresses each individual's unique context to support them in caring for themselves.

About Me
I chose Healthpoint because mental health care belongs to everyone and should be available to all. I believe in removing barriers to physical and mental health care, and Healthpoint does a great job of this in its services. My professional experience includes a foundation in Emotion Focused Family Therapy, utilizing interventions from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Narrative Therapy, and Internal Family Systems Therapy (IFS). I also incorporate elements of art, mindfulness and play into sessions.
Outside of work, I recharge by spending time in nature with loved ones.
