Building Healthier Communities Together

At HealthPoint, our mission is simple and urgent: break down barriers and ensure everyone has access to high-quality, whole-person health care. From community outreach to integrated medical, dental, and behavioral health services, we are expanding our impact by growing existing clinics and opening new ones across King County—because our communities deserve care close to where they live, work, and gather.

Our vision to build the healthiest communities in the nation is rooted in deep, genuine relationships. Each of our 20 clinic locations serves as a vital community touchpoint, shaped by the people who walk through our doors and the partners who stand with us.

Expanding Access Through Community-Driven Wellness Hubs

Community wellness hubs like Family First Community Center in Renton, Together Center in Redmond, and White Center HUB —and soon, the HealthPoint Tukwila Commons— reflect HealthPoint’s deep commitment to listening to and investing in our neighbors. Each of these community hubs brings multiple providers and services together under one roof, so HealthPoint and other nonprofits can collaborate for better outcomes for patients, clients, and communities.

This year, we celebrated the opening of our new clinic within the White Center HUB, offering comprehensive medical, dental, and behavioral health services to the White Center neighborhood. This clinic is part of a larger, community-designed campus where multiple nonprofit providers bring essential services, stability, and opportunity directly to the neighborhood.

HealthPoint believes this novel model of rooting whole-person health care delivery within a community context is the future of community health clinics. That’s why we are developing 2 ¼ acres of land in the heart of Tukwila. We eagerly anticipate the opening of Phase 1 of the HealthPoint Tukwila Commons, the next major step in our growth, later this year. This new clinic will double the number of patients HealthPoint can serve in the Tukwila area and provide integrated health services that include on-site social services, case management, and language access support. On the ground floor, there will be a childcare center serving birth to pre-kindergarten, operated by our partner, the YMCA of Greater Seattle. Future phases will include urgent care and other wraparound services and community support.

Conveniently located on major transit routes, HealthPoint Tukwila Commons will continue to serve one of the most diverse communities in King County, where more than 80 languages are spoken, and many families face disproportionate health and financial challenges compared to King County as a whole.

Powered by Partnership, Sustained by Community

Large-scale community hub developments are powered by various partnerships. Private philanthropy, as well as other partnerships, are an important part of the funding stack that must come together to make a project of this size and scale a reality. HealthPoint is grateful for corporate sponsors like investment management firm Corient. Their generous and consistent support of HealthPoint helps fuel our ability to open new clinics and expand innovative partnerships in high-need areas.
