HealthPoint Receives Collective Abundance Grant; Part of $1 Million Investment in King County Community Organizations

Share

HealthPoint is honored to receive a Collective Abundance Grant from HealthierHere, who have invested $1 million into 21 community-based organizations, like HealthPoint, across King County. We are proud to be recognized as an organization that has “continued to show up for the people they serve.”

The Collective Abundance Grant is designed to be flexible, low-barrier, and rooted in trust. This award will support our Community Collection Fund, which allows clinical staff  to purchase essential items, such as groceries, diapers, infant formula, diabetic shoes, and durable medical equipment, for patients whose health is impacted by unmet social needs.

“We are honored to receive this support and grateful for this partnership in advancing health equity. This HealthierHere Collective Abundance Grant enables HealthPoint to sustain and strengthen our ability to deliver whole-person care, address social drivers of health, and advance equity for the diverse communities we serve across King County.”

  • Sherry Williams, Vice President of Community Engagement and External Relations, HealthPoint
