3. Get Active Kids Day
This family‑friendly community event features fun kids’ activities and opportunities to connect with health professionals who share information about medical, dental, and behavioral health services. Families can also receive assistance with health insurance enrollment and learn more about (women, infants, children) nutritional assistance program, along with support accessing local community resources.
4. Community Baby Showers
Held regularly at HealthPoint clinic locations, Community Baby Showers support expecting and new parents with access to prenatal care, health education, essential supplies, and connections to trusted resources.
