How to Get Help When Phones are Busy

HealthPoint is receiving a very high number of calls related to COVID-19 testing. Callers are experiencing very long wait times and disconnections. We are deeply sorry for the frustration and worry this causes our patients.

Here are some things to know if you are trying to call us. If you:

Are trying to make an appointment (not for COVID-19 testing), or you need your test results:

We recommend you use MyHealthPoint Patient Portal. You can use MyHealthPoint to make appointments, get lab results (including COVID-19 test results) request prescription refills, and communicate with your provider without needing to call.

Sign up for MyHealthPoint here. Please know that it will take several days for your sign-up request to be approved and receive access.
When you receive access, learn how to use MyHealthPoint with this guide
