About Me
I chose HealthPoint because of its strong commitment to serving individuals from diverse backgrounds with compassionate, patient-centered, and culturally responsive care, which aligns with my own clinical values. My practice focuses on evaluating and managing complex mental health conditions, including trauma, schizophrenia, depression, anxiety, psychosis, substance-induced disorders, and the effects of social isolation and family disruption. I provide evidence-based, individualized care through medication management, psychoeducation, and psychotherapy.
I have extensive experience working with refugee and immigrant populations, which has enhanced my understanding of the sociocultural and psychological factors influencing mental health. I am dedicated to providing culturally informed care that fosters resilience, supports recovery, and instills hope for healing.
Outside of work, I enjoy staying active and spending quality time with my family through cooking, exercise, walking, and hiking.
