Eligibility
• Graduate of an accredited Masters or DNP program within the last 18 months
• Board certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner by start of the residency program
• Licensed in Washington State as an RN and ARNP by start of the residency program
• Hold a DEA and Washington controlled substance license by start of the residency program
• Dedicated to working with underserved populations in FQHC or similar settings
• Vaccinated for COVID-19, MMR, Varicella, Hepatitis B, TB, Tdap (within last 10 years), and Annual Influenza is required for all HealthPoint Employees.
