Substance Use Disorder Care

HealthPoint provides medication treatment for substance use disorders, including Suboxone, Sublocade, and Vivitrol for opioid use disorder.

How: You can start treatment by coming to a walk-in clinic (see schedule below), speaking to your care team, or contacting one of our staff members who specialize in medication for opioid use disorders. You can confidentially call, text, or leave a voicemail at: (206) 437-5609. 

Who: Anyone who wants to quit or reduce opioid use.

What: Low barrier, walk-in clinics that provide same day prescriptions for Suboxone and/or planning for Sublocade or Vivitrol.

Cost: We accept many forms of insurance, including Apple Health. If you don't have insurance, we can help you apply and we also provide a sliding-scale discount based on your income level.

Midway Clinic: 2pm to 4:30pm

Urgent Care: 8am to 7pm

SeaTac Clinic: 1pm to 4pm
