Learn & Train with HealthPoint
We’re proud to play a part in developing the skills, understanding, and compassion of future health care professionals. In addition to a medical school community campus and a family medicine residency program, HealthPoint also hosts more than 200 learners each year. These include:
- Psychology pre-doctoral interns
- Dental externs
- Medical assistant externs
- Naturopathic medicine residents
- Nurse practitioner residents
- College students interested in learning about community health
The HealthPoint experience helps develop more skilled, compassionate doctors, dentists, and psychologists—many of whom will choose to work in Community Health Centers. This helps ensure long-term access to quality care for our communities.
