Cassandra has a whole new reason to smile. She suffered from an abscessed tooth for years, only masking the pain with antibiotics from her doctor. A negative dental experience in the past left her terrified of seeing the dentist for a long term solution. Then one day, she realized it was time to make a change. She made an appointment at HealthPoint Bothell knowing she could always cancel. 
What she didn’t expect was the kindness of Christy, dental receptionist at HealthPoint Bothell, who saw a cancellation on the schedule and got Cassandra in the same day. As she was waiting to be seen, her anxiety rose and she started to cry. HealthPoint staff helped calm her nerves and assured her, “It’s okay, we’ll take care of you”. She experienced such patience and compassion from the hygienists and the dentist as she struggled with her fears. They helped her set up a treatment plan and is proud to report she just received her first set of partials!
Cassandra says, “They did their absolute best to make sure I was taken care of and made me feel like part of the family. I am so pleased that I just signed my daughter up for her first appointment.”

I am writing this letter to express my sincere appreciation for the level of service and quality of care I have received from your staff at HealthPoint Bothell. . . The staff at HealthPoint Bothell has gone above and beyond to make me feel comfortable, as if I was one of their own. I've never felt like I was being judged or was receiving second-rate care because of my insurance. The whole staff, from the front office to the doctors and the dental hygienists, was amazing and so compassionate.
My particular dental issue left me feeling self-conscious and not wanting to smile. The staff realized how it was affecting me and my issues became their issues. This level of compassion is not shown in very many businesses nowadays and I just want to express my heartfelt gratitude for everyone at HealthPoint. Thank you so very much!
