Annual Benefit - Kaleidoscope

Kaleidoscope 2023: An Event to Remember!

Wow! What a glorious evening we had on Saturday September 9th, 2023. Over 300 of our HealthPoint friends came together in community to raise important funds for HealthPoint. We enjoyed fun activities, inspirational speakers, and excellent food with a sunset view at the Hyatt Regency Lake Washington.

We are thrilled to report that YOU helped us raise over $326,000 to support HealthPoint’s mission! Our collective impact was felt throughout the night and we are honored to put these funds to work to care for our patients and communities.

We also celebrated our Chief Health Officer, Judy Featherstone, for 33 years of patient care at HealthPoint. Dr. Featherstone is retiring at the end of 2023 and we are so grateful for her years of leadership. Her passion for a healthy community helped shape what HealthPoint is today by starting integrated healthcare 20 years ago.

And our behavioral health program panel shared more about the growth and importance of integrated care.

Student Poet Speaker and High School Health Ambassador President, Juan Luis Juarez, shared his poem, School & Mental Health.

Juan also spoke about his passion for making a difference to create healthy communities, his leadership and legislative experience, and future goals. He added heart-warming words of inspiration and gratitude for his parents.

"...For young minds are our future, our hope and our light..."

Inspiring words from HealthPoint President and CEO, Lisa Yohalem:

"Health equity means meeting people where they are. Where they feel safe, comfortable, and seen. It means listening, learning, and adapting to best meet folks’ needs – because great care is not one size fits all. That’s why HealthPoint continues to open health centers in schools and community hubs."
