I believe Good Medicine is being able to provide compassionate, comprehensive, nonjudgmental care to all individuals regardless of their background. For children, good medicine includes empowerment and forming alliances with the child’s caregiver to work jointly to provide the tools that can be utilized to shape a healthy lifestyle.

I chose HealthPoint becauseI strongly believe quality medical care is a basic human right that everyone deserves, and Health Point focuses on providing this quality, compassionate, and equitable care to all individuals, regardless of background.
“There can be no keener revelation in a society’s soul than the way in which it treats its children”-Nelson Mandela.
His words align with Health Point's mission and also resonate with my feelings about the importance of providing the best care to children - as a child’s health (physical, emotional, and social) when they are young strongly impacts their future life.
My special interests include pediatric and public health. Outside the clinic I enjoy spending time with our dog, cooking, reading, hiking, running, and playing piano.
