Eligibility

Graduate of an accredited Masters or DNP program within the last 18 months

Board certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner by start of the residency program

Licensed in Washington State as an RN and ARNP by start of the residency program

Hold a DEA and Washington controlled substance license by start of the residency program

Dedicated to working with underserved populations in FQHC or similar settings

Vaccinated for COVID-19, MMR, Varicella, Hepatitis B, TB, Tdap (within last 10 years), and Annual Influenza are required for all HealthPoint Employees.

Full time provider PTO benefits

Year 1: 17 PTO days, 8 organizational holidays, and 3 floating holidays

Year 2: 19 PTO days, 8 organizational holidays, and 3 floating holidays

Competitive salary

              Year 1: 75% of new provider salary

              Year 2: 100% of provider salary with one year of experience

Employment at HealthPoint for 1 year post residency, easing the transition to practice and allowing residents to be fully present during their residency year.

Opportunity to extend employment beyond the 2 year contract.
